- Raise the profile of the Knight Frank South East Residential Development brand to local and trade media, with the view to attracting more clients (both corporate and consumer)
- Raise the profiles of key individuals from the Guildford and Tunbridge Wells offices, in particular, Paul Hogarth, (former) sales and marketing director

- During the first year of appointment, press cuttings increased from 23 articles to 340 articles year on year
- Regular press coverage across all regional media / more frequent press coverage in the trade media
- Greater recognition of the Residential Development team from both the industry and the general public
